放射学分支之一。体外配体结合分析的诊断技术。体外配体结合分析或称竞争性放射分析法是一种以标记配体为示踪物、竞争性结合反应为基础,用于人体内微量物质检测的方法,目前可测定的物质已达300多种。该方法又是以免疫反应为基础,故又称免疫分析。因所用结合物试剂的不同而有不同的名称,如竞争蛋白结合分析(CPBA)、放射受体分析(RRA)等。由于单克隆抗体和固相技术的发展,免疫放射量度分析抗体(IRMA)重新得到重视和应用,其原理属非竞争结合反应。该研究领域既有核素技术的高灵敏度、高精确度,又有抗原-抗体特异性结合的专一性;且放射性核素不进入体内。因此发展和应用日益广泛。
