OBJECTIVE To establish a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) method for determination of mecobalamin in serum,and investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of mecobalamin.

方法成功建立肝癌模型的雄性小鼠40只,随机等分为对照组(Ⅰ组)、单纯植入放射性粒子~(125)Ⅰ组(Ⅱ组)、单纯植入化学性粒子中人氟安组(Ⅲ组)、联合植入放化疗粒子组(Ⅳ组),观察瘤体生长速度,绘制瘤体生长曲线图。
