位于腹股沟部位的疝。分腹股沟直疝和斜疝。腹股沟直疝由腹股沟三角(海氏三角）区突出；而腹股沟斜疝是从腹壁下动脉外侧的腹环进入腹股沟管。因此，腹壁下动脉可作为手术时进一步鉴别腹股沟直疝和斜疝的标志。
