附睾管的直接延续。长约50cm，管壁较厚，肌层比较发达，而管腔细小。于活体触摸时，呈圆索状，有一定的坚实度。输精管行程较长，依其行经部位可分为4部：①睾丸部；②精索部；③腹股沟部；④盆部。其中盆部最长，它从腹环弯向内下，沿盆侧壁行向后下，经输尿管末端前上方至膀胱底的后面。在此两侧输精管逐渐接近，并均膨大成输精管壶腹。输精管壶腹的下端变细，与精囊腺的排泄管汇合成射精管。穿经前列腺实质，开口于尿道的前列腺部。
