幽门成形术
pyloroplasty
是一种切断幽门肌使幽门扩大的手术。用于幽门狭窄和胃双侧迷走神经干切断后胃排空障碍。手术通常在硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉或全麻下进行。先在幽门前壁纵向切开幽门括约肌及黏膜3cm，然后横向分层缝合。当缝合对合不良时可并发十二指肠瘘。
