Objective To investigate the effect of health promotion and education in treatment of lumbar myofascitis.

The treatment of aponeurosis inflammation of waist muscle with Vitamin E has improved the oxygen metabolism of muscle tissue cells and helped to rehabilitate the injury tissue.

Method Subjects were divided into group of non-specific low back pain patients and group of healthy adults,after which we measured and recorded surface electromyography(sEMG) signals of both sides\' lumbar muscles when the subjects practicing respectively three different protocols:test of demi-bridge and test of demi-bridge supported by a single leg(pain side and pain free side respectively).
