| 臭汗症 bromhidrosis 汗液中具有特殊臭味的现象。全身性与卫生情况不良或食入大蒜、葱头等有关。常见者为局部性，主要是腋臭，又称狐臭，腋部大汗腺分泌物为细菌分解，产生不饱和脂肪酸而发出臭味。青春期发病，外阴、肛门、脐部等均可有臭味。应保持清洁卫生，经常清洗，保持干燥，局部可用抑制汗腺药物，外用抗菌药物；激光、手术破坏、切除大汗腺也可应用。 |
