在正常时,胸部肺泡呼吸音听诊区发现了支气管肺泡呼吸音或管状呼吸音。即"病理性肺泡呼吸音"。而肺泡呼吸音强弱发生改变。可见于以下几种情况:①肺泡呼吸音减弱和消失,这与肺泡内的空气流量和进入肺内空气的气流速有关,可在单侧和双侧出现,常见于各种原因引起的呼吸运动功能受限(如胸痛、肋软骨骨化等)、呼吸肌疾病(如重症肌无力、膈肌瘫痪、膈肌上升等)、细支气管阻塞及肺膨胀不全等。②肺泡呼吸音增强见于呼吸运动增强及肺通气功能加强时如运动后、发热、酸中毒等。
