菲涅耳双面镜 Fresnel bimirror 分波前干涉装置。由两块夹很小角度j的平面反射镜组成。如图,单色缝光源S与两反射镜M1和M2的交线平行,所发光波经M1和M2反射后得两束反射光,它们是从同一入射波前分出的,可看作是从虚光源S1和S2发出的相干光波,S1和S2是缝光源由两反射镜所生成的虚像。在两反射光束的重叠区产生干涉,条纹性质与杨氏干涉条纹同(见杨氏实验)。改变角度j,即改变S1和S2的间距,可改变干涉条纹的间距。
