变应性鼻炎
allergic rhinitis
又称“过敏性鼻炎”。为身体对某些变应原敏感性增高而呈现以鼻黏膜病变为主的一种异常反应，常伴过敏性鼻窦炎。临床上有常年性发作和季节性发作二型，我国的前者为多，可发生于任何年龄。临床上多以阵发性鼻痒为先发症状。常见的症状有鼻塞、流清水样鼻涕、鼻及咽部发痒、打喷嚏等、鼻分泌物涂片可见嗜酸性粒细胞。发作期查鼻黏膜苍白水肿。治疗主要有脱敏疗法、抗组胺药或肾上腺皮质激素药物治疗及中医中药治疗和局部治疗；若伴有鼻息肉、鼻甲肥大或鼻中隔偏曲时，应考虑手术治疗。
