二尖瓣闭式扩张术
mitral commissurotomy
是指用二尖瓣扩张器分离瓣膜粘连，扩大瓣口，解除或减轻血流从左心房进入左心室的机械性梗阻，改善心和肺循环功能。适用于隔膜型单纯二尖瓣膜狭窄的病例。1947～1948年Harken，Bailey，Brock等先后行经左心耳闭式二尖瓣扩张术取得良好疗效。目前国内大多数二尖瓣狭窄病例仍应用这种手术方法。手术死亡率约为2%，术后再狭窄率为10%～30%。
