补充资料：调和脾胃
运用具有理(健)脾和胃作用的药物，以恢复脾胃功能的治法。脾胃为仓廪之官，胃主受纳水谷，脾司运化升清。胃虚失降，则不能容受，脾虚失升，则不能运化，因而出现饮食不消，脘腹痞胀，大便溏薄，日久不愈者，可见面色萎白，形体虚羸，胸脘不宽等症状。以调和脾胃之法，可使脾胃功能恢复。常用药物有党参、白术、云苓、山药、扁豆、薏仁、砂仁、莲子肉、荷梗、荷叶、佩兰、豆蔻、陈皮、麦芽等，代表方如香砂六君丸、异功散、六神散。
调和脾胃法常与消法合用。证见脾胃不健、饮食停滞、脘腹痞胀、大便不畅者，常用方剂如健脾丸、枳实消痞丸。脾胃不和挟湿者，用参苓白术散。
