胰管空肠侧-侧吻合术
用于慢性复发性胰腺炎并发胰管梗阻的病例，简单易行，且无肠襻血运障碍的弊病。方法是：穿刺、切开扩张的胰管，将胰管与胰包膜间断缝合。将距十二指肠悬韧带30cm的空肠提到结肠前，将对系膜缘切开，与切开之胰管行黏膜对黏膜、浆膜对胰包膜的间断缝合，内置支架管。空肠近、远段在距吻合口10cm处再行侧-侧吻合。
