膝阳关 膝阳关 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》，原名阳关。《千金要方》名关阳。《针灸大成》名足阳关。近称膝阳关。别名寒府、阳陵、关陵，属足少阳胆经。在膝外侧，当阳陵泉上3寸，股骨外上髁上方的凹陷处。另说在阳陵泉上5寸（《千金翼方》）、2寸（《针灸资生经》）；“在膝眼旁1寸”（《针灸集成》）。布有股外侧皮神经末支和膝上外侧动、静脉。主治膝肿痛，腘筋挛急，小腿麻木，膝关节炎，下肢瘫痪等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾条灸5-10分钟。
