面肌抽搐
facial spasm
又称“面肌痉挛”。表现为半侧面部肌肉阵发性不自主抽搐或痉挛。双侧发病罕见。原发性者病因不明。中老年女性多见。每次抽搐时间由数秒至数分钟,间隔时间长短不一,紧张时可加重,睡眠时停止发作。临床上应排除肿瘤压迫诱发的面肌抽搐以及三叉神经痛性抽搐、局灶性癫痫、特发性眼睑痉挛等。治疗有药物、理疗、封闭、射频热凝术、神经血管成形术、神经分支选择切断术等。
