附睾切除术
手术名。适用于病变严重、结节 较大、形成瘘管及与皮肤粘连之附睾结核；久治不愈，症状较重的附睾炎及附睾肿瘤。于局 麻或腰麻下，左手固定阴囊皮肤作阴囊前外侧纵行切口。分层切开翻出睾丸及附睾，探查病 变情况。将输精管自精索分离，牵引至附睾尾，沿附睾附着睾丸间沟处自尾部行旋转剥离， 使附睾与睾丸白膜分离，结扎输精管后切断，残端以碘酒、酒精处理，还纳睾丸，缝合切口 ，置橡皮片引流，必要时可放置链霉素粉05～10g。术后阴囊抬高，24～48小时拔除引 流条，可视具体病变施抗痨药及抗生素治疗。术式可见图40。
