药物性精神病
又称"药源性精神综合征"。某些药物诱发的精神障碍。可发生在用药的过程中，或长期用药突然停药之后，可表现为精神分裂症、谵妄状态及忧郁症等症状类型。这与药物用量过大和／或药物影响脑组织中某些物质的代谢或动态过程有关。常见的药物有肾上腺皮质激素，巴比妥类，利血平等。
