碳酸酐酶抑制剂
一类能抑制碳酸酐酶活性的药物,如乙酰唑胺等。碳酸酐酶存在于人体肾皮质小管细胞、红细胞、胃粘膜、眼及中枢神经细胞中。其主要作用是促使 CO2+H2O-H2CO3。当碳酸酐酶活性降低时,各种需要大量及连续供应H+及 HCO3-的机能都将受到影响。如乙酰唑胺抑制肾小管的碳酸酐酶后,H+产生减少,导致利尿,但作用很弱。而睫状体细胞的碳酸酐酶可能与房水的形成有关,乙酰唑胺能使房水的生成减少,降低眼内压。目前这类药物主要用于治疗青光眼。
