fod旧nl一t一ex旧yonggong发电机铁芯用钢(steel for generator statorcore)发电机定子中形成主磁通路的铁芯的一种软磁材料,通常用含0.8%~4.8%硅的硅钢轧制成薄片并经热处理使用。电机工业中通常使用的硅钢片厚度为0.35 mm和。.50 mm。为减少涡流损失,在铁芯每一片扇形硅钢片上,都涂有一层薄的绝缘漆。铁芯用钢应具的性能是高磁感应强度,低铁损,冲切性能好。对制成的硅钢片还要求表面平整、厚度均匀、叠装系数大、漆膜的猫粉性和抗老化性好。 交流发电机铁芯使用三种硅钢片,即热轧、冷轧无取向和冷轧单取向硅钢片。热轧硅钢片为一次快速热轧和氢气保护下成垛退火方法制造;冷轧无取向硅钢片以钢坯或连铸坯先热轧后冷轧成形,其磁性性能、表面质量、填充系数和冲切性能等均优于热轧硅钢片;冷轧单取向硅钢片则有高晶粒取向,(110)晶面的[001]方向,以使其铁损等磁性性能更好。中国对硅钢片的牌号以铁损值和板公称厚度的100倍标记,并有代表品种的拼音字母:如DR表示热轧硅钢片;W表示冷轧无取向硅钢片;而Q表示冷轧单取向硅钢片。一般发电机通常采用热轧硅钢片。中国的容量为100MW以上的大型发电机采用板厚为0.35 mm含硅量为3.0%的冷轧硅钢片以减少铁损。关于取向问题,通常认为如扼部磁通顺硅钢片轧制方向则铁损最小,但实际上如就铁损和刚度全面考虑,尚有不同的看法和实践。
