zhongbon种板(starting blank)电解制取始极片的阴极板。一般用2一3mm厚的紫铜板、不锈钢或钦板制成,其尺寸略大于始极片。种板表面不仅要平整光滑,还要经过均匀上蜡、皂水煮泡或电化学处理,使表面能形成均匀的导电隔离层,以便于始极片从种板中剥离。 种板电解槽的阳极一般与生产电解槽的阳极同,但电解条件要求比生产槽严格。电解制取种板的电流密度、电解温度、电解液中的杂质均较电解生产的低,阴极周期则较电解生产短得多。 (王立川钟竹前)
