穿梭轧制

ChUOnSUO ZhOZhi穿梭轧制(shuttle rolling)轧件在同一机架不同孔型间或同一机列不同机架上首尾交替往复穿行的轧制方法。这种轧制方法广泛用于初轧机、开坯机、轨梁轧机、大中型型钢轧机等横列式轧机上。在小型横列式轧机上生产直径(或边长)大于20mm的圆钢和方钢时,也常用穿梭轧制。穿梭轧制是一种传统的轧制方法,它的优点是:所用设备简单,造价低;生产灵活,适应性强,适于多品种小批量生产;无张力轧制,适于生产断面较复杂的产品;操作简单、调整方便。缺点是:各道次之间间隙时间长,生产率低;轧件长度和线材盘重受到限制;不便于实现自动化。 (成友义)
