manfeng eao之uo慢风操作(slaek wind blowing)为降低高炉生产率和降低炉内压力，让高炉在减风状态下工作的高炉操作方法。需要采用慢风操作的情况有:送风系统、煤气清洗系统或高炉本体发生严重泄漏，或风口、渣口、铁口严重损坏需要降低炉内压力;设备发生故障或外部条件发生变化以致高炉暂时不能上料、不能出渣、出铁;煤气清洗系统出现故障以致不能正常接受煤气;炉温大凉或炉况严重失常等。减风多少根据需要而定。减风前需通知生产和煤气管理部门及鼓风机操作室。操作程序是:高压操作改为常压操作;鼓风机减风或用炉旁放风阀放风。减风或放风时不能过快，要仔细观察风口以防风口灌渣，特别在出铁之前灌渣的危险更大。减少风量的同时应相应减少喷吹燃料。慢风操作时炉温往往向热，需相应调整风温或鼓风湿度。如慢风操作时间长，需休风(见休风与复风)堵一部分风口或风口内加圈以保持适当风速。 (徐矩良)
