1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、检查冷铁膜是否有裂纹，如裂纹过大，应及时更换。
3、检查拉紧装置处是否有冷铁块，如有冷铁块，要立即拿掉，以名阻碍运动。
4、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查传动系统（电动机、联轴节、减速器、链条）的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
5、浇注铁水以前，首先在冷铁模上刷涂泥浆。
6、不要把铁水浇在行走轮和链条上，否则要立即清除，以免阻碍运动。
7、在浇注机的头部，必须将铸定全部敲离下来，不准随冷铁模带到设备底下，以免卡坏设备。
8、打扫现场时，特别要打扫设备底下和拉紧装置处的铁块铁渣。
