Based on the extended variable-input mechanisms, the design criteria of input motion functions of hybrid machines are presented.
首先,将变输入机构的理念加以扩展,提出了混合动力机器输入运动函数的设计准则;然后,以控制并改善输出运动特性为设计目标,以输入运动的限制为设计约束,基于最优控制理论建立了混合动力七杆机构输入运动函数的优化模型,转化成一个两点边值问题,应用梯度法进行求解;最后,给出了设计算例演示所提设计方法的程序,并验证其可行性。
