在对生产装置进行安全保护的设计过程中,需要对整个系统进行细致的因果分析,充分考虑可能引起故障的事件,合理采取关断及停车的措施,在保证装置运行安全可靠的基础上尽量减少紧急关断影响的范围,避免装置频繁的停车及开车操作。
