  思维云集(thought一pressure)亦称,’强制性思维”(foree thinking)。是不由自主地在脑中涌现出一连串的联想,不受本人意愿的支配,内容杂乱多变,甚至是令人厌恶的,出乎本人意料之外。这种体验多见于精神分裂症。病人有时对这种不自主的思维过程作出妄想性判断,认为这种思维是外力强加于他的,即思维插入(thoughtinsertion)。 (趁亚忠撰刘协和审)
