| 性变态 sexual perversion 寻求性的对象和满足性欲的方式与正常人不同，没有其他精神障碍的性心理和性行为异常。又称性心理障碍。病因不明。临床上分为：①露阴癖。是常见的性变态，在陌生异性面前暴露生殖器以得到性的满足，但是并无进一步的性行为。露阴癖几乎全是男性。②恋物癖。多为男性，以接触异性穿着的或佩带的物品引起性兴奋，这些物品多是直接接触异性体表的，如内衣、丝袜、头巾、手套、鞋等，为了获得这些物品，有时偷窃。③异装癖。异性恋男性装扮女性以达到性刺激的目的。④窥淫癖。一般为男性，窥视女性裸体、性交、排便等以得到性的满足。⑤施虐癖。对异性施加痛楚或暴力行为以得到性的满足。虐待的方法多种多样，如勒脖子，殴打，砍杀，刺伤，捆绑，切割乳头、乳房和阴部等。⑥受虐癖。和施虐癖完全相反，接受被施加的痛楚或暴力行为以得到性的满足。⑦同性恋。同性恋是否为病态，意见尚不一致。性变态尚无特殊的治疗方法。儿童和少年如出现性变态倾向应及早处理，一旦形成便难以纠正。心理治疗对某些病例可能获得一定的疗效。 |
