Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the discrepancy between the stiffnesses of the normal and hypertrophic isolated myocardium in rabbits by analysing the stress-strain relationships of free wall with our prototype load-deformation experimental device, and to explore the feasibility of detecting myocardiul stiffness by indentation test.
目的：应用自行研制的负荷-形变实验装置，分析正常和肥厚兔离体心肌游离壁的应力－应变关系，比较两者心肌僵硬度的差异，探讨在心肌用印压法检测其僵硬度的可行性。

方法 2 0 0 1年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月 ,对 8例前臂及手部背侧复合软组织缺损患者一期采用胸腹部带蒂皮瓣修复缺损 ,二期采用肌腱移位加多条同种异体肌腱移植重建伤手功能 ,皮瓣范围为 9cm× 15 cm～ 12 cm× 38cm,异体肌腱移植最多 6条。

外阴颗粒细胞性肌母细胞瘤
病名。为发生 于 外阴的良性肿瘤。约占全身同种肿瘤的7%。可能来源于神经鞘细胞。可发生于大阴唇、小阴 唇、前庭大腺、尿道口旁切处；单发，直径0.5cm～3cm，为无痛性硬结节，当肿瘤表面皮 肤 溃破时，患者有疼痛感，局部渗液增多，甚至被误认为癌。此瘤生长缓慢，无包膜，可与全 身其他部位的同种肿瘤同时发生。切面无包膜，边界清楚，质地均匀，淡黄色有光泽。镜下 可见瘤细胞集合成索条状，为细纤维分隔，细胞大，多角形，边界不清，胞浆丰富，含细伊 红色颗粒，核或大或小，位于中央，核仁清楚。亦可见到细胞呈梭形，核长卵形，呈栅栏状 排列者。此瘤虽属良性，但有复发倾向，又因无包膜，故治疗应行较广泛的局部切除术。
