辐射易感性
照射条件相同，不同个体对射线的敏感性不同。敏感性高低与辐射的生物效应大小和疗效有密切关系。机体敏感性高低与以下因素有关：①不同组织对辐射易感性不同。目前认为不同组织的易感性可概括为：多细胞生物体中分裂旺盛的细胞较易感；代谢旺盛的细胞较不旺盛的细胞易感：胚胎及幼稚细胞较成熟细胞易感。如肿瘤细胞具有分裂旺盛，代谢更新程度高，分化幼稚的特点，对放射线的易感性远较正常组织高，这是恶性肿瘤放射治疗的理论依据。②对同一剂量的辐射，个体反应的差异亦较大，年幼和老年人较成年人易感性高；相同年龄的不同个体，营养不良、维生素缺乏、饥饿、过劳、月经期或妊娠期等，可使机体对射线的耐受性降低。
