性质:又称标准物质(standard substance)。指已准确地确定了其某些化学成分、物理性质和工程参数等的一类物质。用于评价测定方法、校准测量仪器、直接作为比对标准等。它必须具有良好的均匀性、稳定性和制备的再现性。标准物质分为一级和二级两种。经中国计量测试学会标准物质专业委员会技术鉴定、国家计量局批准颁布、并带有证书时标准物质目录。二级标准物质是一般科研单位与生产部门为了满足自身和本行业的需要而研制工工作标准。国际标准化组织(ISO)只命名了一级标准物质为CRM(certified reference material);美国标准局(NBS)称其为SRMs(standard refer-ence materials)。
