simple schizophrenid
单纯型精神分裂症(simple sehizophrenid)较少见，约占住院精神分裂症病人的1%一4%。青少年时期发病，起病十分缓慢，持续进行。表现日益加重的孤僻、被动，活动减少，生活懒散，情感反应迟钝，对亲人冷淡，对生活学习不感兴趣，脱离现实环境，沉默寡言，思维贫乏，病人闭门不出，终日卧床，无所事事，沉缅在幻想之中。一般无幻觉妄想，即使出现也是片断或一过性的。在疾病早期常不引人注意，往往经过数年后病情发展严重时才被发现。本型治疗效果不佳，预后不良，最终导致精神衰退。 愧亚忠撰刘协和审)
