对人知觉(person pereeption)同对人的认识。对人知觉一般是指下述两个方面含义:(l)对他人形体外貌的认识。(2)对他人动机、感情、意向、性格等的认识。这里最主要的是要观察他的表情。表情不但是个体身心状态的一种标记，同时也是向他人传达心意的一种工具。对人知觉的精确性往往取决于下述两个要素:(l)被知觉对象的客观表现和所处的背景条件。(2)知觉者本身主观因素(包括能力因素、知识因素和情感因素)。基于这些主客观因素，对他人的知觉很难做到客观、准确。所以才有千里马常有而伯乐不常有的哀叹。 (林乘贤撰沈德灿审)
