方法烧伤后胃肠道功能衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例(其中急性应激性胃肠黏膜病变伴出血18例,中毒性肠麻痹14例),对照组20例(分别为11例和9例)治疗组用中药抗炎灵煎剂加奥美拉唑钠,对照组单用奥美拉唑钠,并观察治疗前和治疗12 h后胃黏膜内pH值,48 h内急性应激性胃肠黏膜病变伴出血的止血效果和治疗后72 h内中毒性肠麻痹的治疗效果。
