| 神经心理学 neuropsychology 研究和说明人的心理活动与大脑的关系的心理学分支。心理学与神经学的交叉学科。它不像神经生理学那样单纯地研究和说明脑本身的活动，也不像心理学那样单纯地分析行为和心理活动，而是把脑当作心理活动的物质本体，综合研究二者的关系。 1861年法国外科医生P.布罗卡发现左脑额下回病变引起运动性失语症标志着神经心理学的历史起点。自那时起，神经心理学自身的发展一直沿着所谓“临床神经心理学”和“实验神经心理学”这两条道路不断前进。在临床观察方面已积累了大量有关局部脑损伤的病例；在实验室方面，通过对动物脑损毁的实验研究和人类大脑两半球功能的生化、生理和实验心理学的研究也积累了大量资料。就当代的发展趋势看，临床和实验室的密切配合是卓有成效的工作方法，两条道路开始向一条道路转化。中国自1979年开始了神经心理学的系统研究，在临床和实验室进行了许多工作。1985年开始了割裂脑的临床观察和神经心理学的实验研究，并取得一定的进展。 |
