补充资料：视神经萎缩
| 视神经萎缩 optic nerves，atrophy of 视神经疾病或外伤引起神经纤维变性轴突和髓鞘丧失而产生的萎缩状态。主要表现为中心或周边视力丧失。若无视乳头水肿或炎症，称为原发性视神经萎缩；若曾有视乳头水肿或炎症，则为继发性视神经萎缩。 引起原发性视神经萎缩最常见的原因是开角性青光眼。视网膜中央动脉阻塞、奎宁中毒后、视网膜色素性变性晚期均可导致视神经萎缩，视网膜血管变细。视盘色苍白，边缘清楚，生理凹陷明显。而继发性者视乳头呈蜡白色，边缘模糊，生理凹陷不明显。限于中心视网膜的病变仅引起乳头黄斑束的萎缩，导致视乳头颞侧部分萎缩，色变浅。 |
