喉返神经
recurrent nerve
发自迷走神经干的胸段,但立即返致颈部,是喉肌的主要运动神经。左喉返神经发出的位置较低,跨过主动脉弓返至颈部,右喉返神经发出的位置略高,绕过右锁骨下动脉返回颈部。由于以上特点,在做甲状腺次全切除术时,损伤右侧喉返神经机会远比左侧多,同时在结扎甲状腺下动脉时,宜远离腺侧叶的外缘进行,以免损害喉返神经。
