本工作显示：（1）谷氨酸（Glu）兴奋AC或将SP分别注入AC投射区：蓝斑（LC）、臂旁核（NPB）、中脑导水管周围灰质（PAG）或外侧下丘脑-穹窿周围区（LH／PF）均引起升压反应；（2）LC，NPB，PAG或LH／PF内预先注入［D－Pro2，D－Phe7，D－Trp9］－SP（SP拮抗剂）均能衰减谷氨酸兴奋AC引起的升压反应；（3）延髓头瑞腹外侧区（RVLM）内预先分别注射酚妥拉明、心得安或阿托品也能削弱AC升压反应，但GDEE（Glu拮抗剂）预处理无此效应。

外丘 外丘 ①经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属足少阳胆经。足少阳之郄穴。在小腿外侧，当外踝尖上7寸，腓骨前缘，平阳交穴。一说在“外踝上六寸”（《循经考穴编》）。布有腓浅神经和胫前动、静脉肌支。主治头项痛，胸胁痛，腿痛，脚气，下肢麻痹，胆囊炎，肝炎，坐骨神经痛等。直刺1-1.5寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。 ②经穴别名。见外勾条。
