Starting with the inevitability of errors occurring in the process of reader service in library,this paper attempts to analyze the causes of the service error from the view point of reader and library,and to establish the cause-analysis model so as to discuss about the remedial measures for the service error from the psychological and behavioral aspect.
本文分析了图书馆在读者服务工作中产生服务失误的必然性,并从读者和图书馆的角度对服务失误进行了归因,在建立服务失误归因模型的基础上,分别从心理和行为方面探讨了对服务失误的补救策略。

| 凯利（1811～1888） Kelly，William 美国转炉炼钢发明人之一。1846年在肯塔基州从事钢铁业。1851年发明一种炼钢法，即凯利空气吹炼法——向转炉内吹入空气使生铁脱碳变成钢。他建立小型转炉进行生产，1857年得到美国专利。关于发明转炉炼钢法的专利权，凯利与贝塞麦发生争执，双方几经诉讼，最后凯利在美国胜诉，该法在美国称为凯利-贝塞麦法。在欧洲习惯仍称贝塞麦法。 |
