Presently,most of the Chinese private enterprises have established their institutions for the employees participation,including the institution of the workers congress,the institution of director and/or supervisor of the workers,and the institution of collective negotiation.

Recently the issue of workers participation in corporate governance has drawn the attention of scholars.

This article is a case study of workers participation in a family enterprise.

A Survey in case factory in 2002 revealed that the values of workers and staff members participation weakened an interests combination among various departments of enterprises and recognized a rationality of interests differentiation among various stratifications in order to seek enterprises existence and development under a market condition.
