wordsound deafness
听觉失语症(wordsound deafness)亦称“语聋症”，一种因大脑皮质听觉性言语中枢病变而造成的失语症。患者听觉正常，惟不能理解言语的含义，听不懂他人说话的内容。轻者仅能听懂简单的句子，听不懂较复杂的语句;重者词意也听不懂，常所答非所问，无法与人交往。一些患者往往伴有阅读、书写等障碍。 (魏华忠撰李考忠审)
