| 水疗 hydrotherapy 利用不同温度、压力和溶质含量的水，以不同方式作用于人体以防病治病的方法。水疗对人体的作用主要有温度刺激、机械刺激和化学刺激。按其使用方法可分浸浴、淋浴、喷射浴、漩水浴、气泡浴等；按其温度可分高温水浴、温水浴、平温水浴和冷水浴；按其所含药物可分碳酸浴、松脂浴、盐水浴和淀粉浴等。水疗时按病情需要决定所浴的温度、方法及药物，如高温全身淀粉浸浴。矿泉浴也属水疗，但一般属疗养学范围。临床常用浸浴治疗植物神经功能失调、神经官能症、全身性皮肤病、关节炎等，漩涡浴水中运动治疗运动功能障碍、神经系统疾病，淋浴、喷射浴、冷水浴多用于增强体质。 |
