This paper analyzes the factors of influencing workers’ safety emotion, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the psychological control of the accidents, establishing the safe operation environment, setting up the scientific safety benefit evaluation mechanism and safety interests distribution mechanism, and helping the workers to overcome the emotional interference.

Emotional security hypothesis and the Enlightenment on Current Education;

Four main theoretical frameworks, including theory of social learning, ideas of conflict in family system disruption, the cognitivecontextual framework and the emotional security hypothesis which have emerged in this field were introduced.

In the literature reviews, this dissertation looks back on the theories and related researches on Interparental Conflict and Child Adjustment, in which the Cognitive-contextual Model and The Emotional Security Hypothesis have won wide support and The Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale (CPIC), devised by Grych and other researchers, has had a wide range of applications.

This paper points out that the emotional intelligence of a teacher is of great importance to his educational and teaching work and analyses in detail a teacher s emotional adjustment, emotional expression etc, on the basis of which, this paper discusses a teacher s self-cultivation of his emotional intelligence and the chief methods of his positive training.
