Objective To assess the clinical effect of anterior focus debridement with autogenous bone graft and internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis.
目的对前路病灶清除植骨,同期内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段结核的临床疗效进行探讨。

脊柱骨的结核病，多见于儿童和青少年，大多由于肺结核的血行播散引起。若发生在胸椎，就会形成驼背畸形，如不及时治疗则椎体继续破坏变形，有时并发骨折而压迫脊髓，引起截瘫和大小便失禁，也常形成冷脓肿。应早期诊断及治疗，如有轻微驼背、弯腰困难等情况即应摄片检查。治疗以采用抗结核药物和石膏固定为主，有时也可手术治疗。
