躁狂抑郁症
又称"躁狂抑郁性精神病"，简称"躁郁症"。躁狂和抑郁交替出现的一种精神病状态。为情感性精神障碍中的代表性疾病。以青壮年期发病多，往往有家族史。发病可呈单独的躁狂状态或抑郁状态，或躁狂与抑郁交替出现。情绪高涨或低落为本病主要临床特征。伴异常的思维和行为改变。一般为发作性，缓解期正常，不导致人格缺损。参见"躁狂症"和"抑郁症"。
