强迫观念
obsessive idea
强迫症的一种临床表现。病人的思想上为一些毫无意义的想法所纠缠。明知这种想法不对，但无法摆脱和难以克制。常想些缺乏意义的问题。例如，“走路时为什么地板响?”“1+1为什么等于2”。有时见到或听到某一事物时，便出现引起患者紧张不安的联想。例如见到黑纱，便联想到死亡或即将遇到祸事。有时病人会怀疑自己做过的事没有做好，或自己虽未做过坏事，却怀疑自己被别人当做坏人而忐忑不安。
