聚乙烯醇缩丁醛 polyvinyl butyral 聚乙烯醇和丁醛的缩合物。结构为白色粉末,相对密度 1.08~1.10 。可溶于甲醇、乙醇、酮类、卤代烷、芳烃类溶剂。与邻苯二甲酸酯、癸二酸酯苯增塑剂,以及硝酸纤维素、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂等有良好的相溶性。具有较高的透明性、耐寒性、耐冲击、耐紫外辐照。与金属、玻璃、木材、陶瓷、纤维制品等有良好的粘结力。将聚乙烯醇溶于水中,在搅拌下加入丁醛及催化剂如盐酸或硫酸,在15~50℃的温度下进行缩醛反应,生成的缩醛物经水洗、离心干燥即得聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。主要用于制造夹层玻璃、涂料及粘合剂等。 |
