补充资料:活塞式无油干式机械真空泵原理及简介

活塞式无油干式机械真空泵技术要求不太复杂,容易制造。 


    该泵的外形呈扁方形,是由四个阶梯形活塞及四个阶梯形气缸组成。与电机直联的轴通过四根连杆带动四个活塞。活塞的背面空间由次级活塞抽气,以减少泄漏和降低极限压力。每个气缸都有进气阀与排气阀。四个活塞组成三个压缩级,为了增加抽速,两个活塞是并联的,为了便于泵在大气压力下的启动,设置了辅助排气阀,当活塞的排气压力高于大气压力时,有一部分气体通过阀排入大气,当其排气压力低于大气压力时,则排出气体依次进入第三个、第四个气缸压缩后排出泵外。泵的压缩比可达到 105 ,泵的极限压力可达 1.3Pa 。泵气缸的内表面衬有聚合材料,以降低摩擦系数与磨损。这种泵的功率消耗低,散热条件较好,不需要冷却水。
