建于1958年7月建。1942年9月中旬，日军为调运兵力，向琼文抗日根据地实行大规模的"蚕食"、"扫荡"。琼崖独立总队第二支队获悉后，于9月17日在竹土良埋伏袭击日军。当日军车辆进入我伏击地段时，我独立总队突然开火，猛烈打击，速战速决，此战不到1小时，消灭日军40多人，烧毁军车2辆，缴获机关枪2挺、掷弹筒1具、长短枪30多支。此仗的胜利，增强了全琼军民的抗日胜利的信心。
