主 料： 排骨.
配 料： 腌料：*烧酱3汤匙，蒜茸粉、生粉各1汤匙，黑椒粉1/2茶匙，蚝油、生油各2汤匙，盐1茶匙，混合香草2茶匙。
做 法： 1、排骨洗净，在表面划井字纹，抹干身备用。
2、将腌料充分拌匀成厚浆状，均匀涂在肉排表面，放置2-3小时。
3、送进中火之焗炉中焗至表面金黄熟透即成。
