性质:本品为橙红色晶体,无嗅。熔点为111℃,实际上不溶于水,微溶于醇,溶于吡啶、氯仿、苯略溶于醚、丙酮、醇、乙酸。具有强烈苦味。

制备方法:茴香脑与硫磺经环合而得。反应罐中加入茴香脑、二甲基甲酰胺,搅拌,投入硫磺粉。加热至146-150℃,保温反应1.5小时。反应结束,冷至80℃,减压回收二甲基甲酰胺,将反应物料冷至66℃,加入二甲苯活性炭,加热至108℃并保温半小时,然后趁热过滤。滤液冷至0℃,结晶,过滤,水洗得粗品。经二甲苯或乙酸丁酯精制后得茴三硫成品。收率为40%。

用途:本品为肝细胞赋活、利胆剂,适用二胆囊炎、胆结石、胆道运动障碍以及急慢性肝炎时作利胆药。用于胆石症、胆囊炎、急慢性肝炎,并能使胆囊、胆道造影效果增强。
